Jen Thanks for all the Tips, I was getting really frustrated and starting to avoid sex if possible. My hubby and I have an active sex life, but I really flare after each time. I tried taking my pain meds & Pridyium (not spelled right) and lots of Lube,about 1 hour before and used the heating pad before he came up to bed. IT WORKED! I am so happy! sex without the burning and my bladder didn't feel like it was being pounded.:woohoo: You need to post in the newbie section for all to read. I have been on forever now and just realized that this section might help.
