No cigarettes for 3 days

I've had a cold & so I haven't had a cigarette in 3 days & still have no desire (I only wish this would continue) I usually smoke through colds & even broncitis, but not this time. I think I am finally ready to quit. Wish me luck tht I can keep it up. Hope all of you are doing well too! Love, Kathi

Kathi: Just remember that nicotine is horribly addictive. If you have any problem with quitting, don't hesitate to use the "crutches" that are available --- I used the gum to help me when I quit; others find the patches most helpful.

Hey Kathi.........you can do it Kath....it has been a month for me......I'm using the nicorette gum to help me thru.......I know that when time comes for stopping the gum I still will be ok. Take a half day at a time.....get to noon.....then get to bed time. love Cathy (:
