Couple of things

Since i am new to IC is belly swelling and/or bloating fairly common with a flare???? Anyone have any good remedies for the swelling???

My Dr doesn't want to put me on Elmiron till i wean my breastfed baby (in 2 months). Does anyone know of anything that i can take now? Alternative treatments are ok with me too. I am currently taking prelief because that was the only thing that my Doc said was ok.

I know that making sure you drink your water is very important - it will help flush out your system. Don't guzzle it but try to make sure you drink enough through out the day.
