Is there dyeoff from a strep infection?

Ive been on a week of 500mg amoxy for high strep titres....and Strep D in my bladder.

Today my pelvis is very tight, my vluva is burning, with slight clear discharge....it hurts to walk too.

I also have lyme disease.

I just dont know what these symptoms are and it seems like im just getting worse and not better.

Could you have a yeast infection that is causing a Pelvic floor dysfuction spasm? I hope you feel better soon. Pfd sort of covers everything but the discharge and yeast covers that and burning....so ice...try to relax...deep breathing. :grouphug: Feel better!

My urogyn cant do anything for my PFD because I cant have an internal exam.


I just cant take much more of this.

A month before I got overcome with illness i did fall down the steps and land hard on my back.......i wonder if that could have caused PFD.

My bladder symptoms started much later though.

I may have hurt my spine i dunno..........but that was around july 2005.


now i feel like i have to pee when i walk.......this will probably be the last time i go on abx....at this dose anyway.

Sure sounds like a possibilit! I don't completely understand why you need to have an interanl exam to get some help for the PFD...I mean a muscle relaxant can help.

Anyway....as my IC is currently getting worse and worse I feel for you!!!!!

I dunno why I cant get help for the PFD either.

I was on Klonopin, but that made me real tired........basically I was all drugged up at one point on all kinds of meds.......im suprised im still living....and none worked.


I wish I could find another dr perhaps in my area that could help.

I was seeing Dr W in philly, but never got an appt with her because she is always very busy. The NP i saw was getting frustrated with me, and I felt like she thought i was crazy. Maybe I will try to get in to see the head uro again.

And the offic mgr told me I could not be disabled because i was 30 :-(


Its just so odd how all this started for me........and how all my hormones are now out of wack.....and no dr really can figure me out.

Life would be so much better if that were true...you can't be disabled becasue your 30.....where exactly is the logic in that? :grouphug: :grouphug: I am not yet 30 but am disabled...at my birthday will I get cured of all this stuff??? :grouphug:
