petechial hemorhagging

I was wondering if anyone knows about petechial hemoragging or has it noted in your medical records????
I had 3+ petechial hemoragging and i wonder if that was from the hydrodestintion OR just the severe I.C. I was diagnosed with during proceedure????

Petechial (pinpoint) hemorrhaging is one of the indications of interstitial cystitis. And it's noted in my records. It occurs when an IC bladder is distended (stretched) during the hydrodistention.

I also have this note in my records. If the hemorrhaging is present, it usually means you have IC. This is what the doctor is looking for to make his diagnosis.

If you've ever seen Rosacea on someone, or an alcoholic nose, or even varicose viens...theykinda look like that only it is more "pinpoint" then webby.
