Hi Deb! I am home, and the vacation was great...lots of sun and r&r...only one really bad IC day, which I just curled up in the nice airconditioned room and rested, watched tv, and just stayed calm and cool, and it passed quickly. Deb, I wish you could have been there...it felt so healing , soaking in the warm waters. I will call you soon ....have just been sooo busy. I hope you are feeling well,I miss you!
