Hi everyone. I'm new to this board. I'm going in Next Friday (yeah day after Thanksgiving) to get the hydrodistention and get tested for IC. I'm a lil nervous about the plane ride, and lil shops in Gatlinburg, if i "gotta go". I have the urgency feeling. When I have to go,I have to go.

And I've been reading about this card. And wondered what do I do to obtain one (thats if I am definetly diagnosed with IC). See I go almost 40+ times a day. I'm gonna try not drinking anything before going places there. But I get bad dry mouth. And lets face it, its embarassing getting up several times in a plane to go. But I will do it, if I have too.

Thanks in advance smile.gif

The card is from the ICA. If you go to http://www.ichelp.org you should be able to find ordering information.

You mentioned little shops in Gatlinburg. Are you headed my way?

The lights are so pretty this time of year.

Most shopping places have easy access restrooms. They're stretched out all over the place.

Well if you are headed this direction. Go to the Five Oaks outlet mall in Sevierville. (Not far)
And eat at Blaine's restuarant or the Peddler.

And if there is another Gatlinburg out there then disregard my message.

By the way, the ICA access card is very inexpensive. I looked it up myself last week.

Good luck with your appt.
Jaime
