has anyone ever had a problem with milk? does it make you pee more or give you a burn after you drink it? just wonder... or is it me? sometime I wonder if it's from all these pot smokers in this house. ask them to smoke outside. oh yeah right!!

I've never had any problems with milk.

You might consider having some allergy testing done. Milk is not usually a trigger food for IC, but if you have a mild allergy to it, that could set off the IC. I had allergy testing done & came up positive for foods that were already giving me rashes, but also positive for some foods that were not. When I quit them, my IC did have a slight improvement.

..ther is a study (can't find the link) which showed, that people who are lactose intolerant might show increased frequency when drinking milk. So there seems to be at least some evidence for this.... I am lacatose intolerant, but my frequency does not increase when I drink milk......
