Hi Susan, I just wanted to dash off a few words to say how glad I was to see that you were able to post (and it sure looked like lots of other folks were really happy to hear from you too!). It sounds like you've done lots of research and (if I'm remembering correctly) like you'll be having a procedure fairly soon. It also sounds like you've got a really supportive husband, which is just what you deserve! Hi Lilbear,
Thank you so much for your letter and caring about me. WE all need each other. Yes, my surgery is very close. I miss Aunt Deb, we were going through the same thing as to what to do. We wrote almost daily. We need the pro's and con's both.
I'm sorry to bring her up, but I know she is in a pain-free place. My hubby is very supportive, but it helps to hear from people that have already had it done. I like to compare the good and bad.

I think that is a wise standpoint, speaking from a patient's perspective. You must weigh the good and the bad when going into this treatment.
