concentrated urine

does anyone have concentrated urine in the morning from not drinking water through the night and when they wipe there is some clear thick but small amount of mucous stuff.? only happens when urine is concentrated

Also there can be a strong smell of ammonia - ugh! Really strong.
Sometimes I used to have a few pindots of blood, also, but haven't seen them lately. I'm trying to drink JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF WATER and its really hard to do. Drinking too much (like 3-4 small bottles of Evian) over sensitized my bladder and/or urethra so much it was like I drank a gallon of orange juice.

I know it is shiny. I wonder what that is. I wonder if it is making our bladder worse. I know drinking to much water and you have to pee. so I take about 3 small sips and try to sleep before I have to pee again. Do you pee all day too?
