Ok I went to the dentist and have painful gum herpes or ulcers on one side. Can this cause a flare if the gum is in pain.?

Any extra stress has the possibility of causing a flare. Stess makes you more acidic, weakens your immune system, and you normally tighten your pelvic muscles.....add that up and it can mean flare. Do your best to avoid the flare by being strict with diet, resting, deap breathing, warm baking soda bath. It is not a definate thing but it is possible. :grouphug:
