View Full Version : Can I take Cysta Q with Amytriptaline please
Hi ladies
I am thinking of trying Cysta Q as ive heard its got a good reputation for helping relieve IC symptoms.
I was wondering if its safe to take with amytriptaline and birth control please as I am keep to give it ago.
I did ask my GP but becuase I live in england (we dont have it here) he has never heard of it and doesnt have a clue if Its safe to take at all.:help:
Any help or advise please?

Quercetin (one of the main ingrediants of Cysta Q) may reduce the effectiveness of some forms of estrogen. That doesn't make them unsafe to be taken together but you should have a back up form of bc. You should bring the active ingrediants to your doctor....even if he doesn't know the product he may know the herbs in it a bit.

Thanks, I read the link. I'll try anything. I wrote to see if they would send samples. If I have to get them from the doctor forget it. I'm sure he won't give them to me, I couldn't even get smaller catheters from him.
