Question- Somebody help Please

I had a procedure done yesterday and it made me very sore and caused me to bleed, which is supposed to be normal. I was given Usept for pain and discomfort which I am taking every 6 hours. I stopped bleeding last night but just a few minutes ago I just started bleeding again. Is that normal?

Hi there, did you have a cystoscopy or cystoscopy with hydrodistention. Cystoscopy with hydrodistention can sometimes cause alittle bleeding but if it continue to do so, it probably would be a good idea to call your doctor.

As for cystoscopy, I don't remember, maybe someone else can help with that question.

Both of the tests can sometimes causes you to have some pain for couple of days. Hope you start feeling better soon.

If the procedure you had was done in the hospital with anesthesia, it was probably a hydrodistention --- and some bleeding is normal for a day or so after a hydro.

Yeah, they sedated me. I haven't been bleeding today. Just waiting for my pain meds to come in. Thanks for the help guys :)
