makes two pie crust
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening or butter.
5-7 tablespoons of water
1. mix together all ingredients till it makes a firm moist ball. mix by hand.
2. roll out dough about 1/4 inch thick and place in pan.
3. bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 depending on your oven or what the recipe calls for enjoy.:)
