Sorry for another post, please I could really use responses to my other post too, but I am wondering where you can get Acacia Fiber? After some reading, it seems that might be a good thing for me to try.
Is it IC friendly? I read on a post you can get it on the ICN Shop, but I can't find it.
Any suggestions? Is there a best brand, would say Whole Foods have it?

I just wanted to say that I started taking the Acacia powder a couple of weeks ago, and it seems to be helping. I'm no longer getting large amounts of gas in my intestines, and my bowel habits are getting more regular.

You can get the Acacia tummy fiber at the ICN shop: http://icnshop.com/cgi-bin/ustorekeeper.pl?command=goto&file=IBS_Products.html
Or at Heather's web site (which also has lots of good info about IBS): http://www.helpforibs.com

If you do try it, just make sure to start at a low dose and work up from there. I started at 1/2 teaspoon twice a day and now a few weeks later I'm at 1 1/2 teaspoons twice a day.
