I am from the KC area and have always wondered about the IC support group. How many people usually come? Do you have speakers? Do some of the area docs come and give presentations?

The last meeting was my first and no leader was there. It was me and two other ladies and their husbands. We had a great time talking and exchanged email addresses and phone numbers. I have been in touch with KUMC study coordinator and he is working on a lecturer. I will post it as soon as I hear. I would encourage you to go if just to meet others in your same city who have alot in common.
