zzzzzzzzzzzzz I am sooooo sleep deprived

:dizzy: If I don't get some real sleep soon, I am going to go nuts. I am soooo tired. I am only sleeping about 4 hours a night. I go to bed only to wake up several hours, in pain and unable to return to sleep. Today it has really taken a toll on my and then I had an argument w/ my daughter, I was so tired, I started crying! Now I feel bad about that. She is so sweet and I think I really blew the whole thing out of proportion b/c I do not feel well. On the way to school, she apologized for mouthing off and I think she felt really bad. I may end up calling my day short today and going home early before I pass out at my desk. It was so bad, on the way to work, I kept dozing off behind the wheel. I just needed to gripe. What makes me the maddest.... I had such a great week last week:cussing: I knew it was too good to be true.

sorry to hear that it sounds like me. I got 2 and a half hours of sleep today and now i am up drinking barium yum to get ready for a catscan at 9. will these test ever ever end.??

I'm so sorry you aren't sleeping well. Is there any way you could shorten your work day for a few days so you can nap when you get home?

I am a paralegal and I bill anywhere from $65 to $95 an hour for my time so my boss is never very happy when I am not here but I am going to have to do something. I have to get some rest. I am starting to feel generally sick. I just hate having to say I have to leave b/c I don't feel well. I feel like I am doing it every single week! Does any one else feel like that?

Yes! I haven't been to work since last Tuesday, actually I left 2 hours early that day and Saturday I ended up in the ER. I'm really tired too, especially tired of being in pain. I'm seriously thinking about applying for Short Term Disability until I can get my IC under control. I missed 3 days of work last month and I've missed 7 so far this month.

I wished I had the option of STD here at work. We are a small firm w/ no benefits. But I like my boss. I have been here for 7 years. Usually law firms don't have a lot in the way of bonuses. I have get 2 weeks paid time off per yr. Actually, it's only 10 days. So, I have to be very careful about my time. I did not get a vacation this yr due to my IC. I am leaving for the day. Talk to ya tomorrow
