Just wondering where everyone stands today.

I'm still not sure if it's helping me or not, reallly....have been having a flareup. Am going to ask the doc at my next appointment (Thursday) for a higher dose. If that doesn't work after about six months, I'm giving up because I don't seem to be very much better than before.

How are you guys doing? Is CyA helping your bladder symptoms a great deal, a little bit, not much at all, etc.?

Blessings,
Lori

I see relief but when I get relief from one thing another pops up. So who knows if this is just us having to pay our dues with this drug or not

I'm hanging in there. I had family in town this weekend and Saturday in particular was a long day and I started to flare. The last of the crowd went home today so I should be able to get some rest. The upside is that when I do flare now, it does seem to resolve much more quickly.

I've started walking several times a week 3 miles or so, and that seems to be going OK. I'm also keeping up with Watsu and massage which seems to be a big help as well. I think the reduced work schedule is also a benefit.

So...for me the jury is still out.....

Gosh, I wish we'd all go into remission, LOL. I guess we are all hoping for that. Thanks for letting me know how things are going...good for you for walking! I've started going to the gym regularly, even when I'm flaring, just because I'm determined to get healthy again...doing half an hour on the elliptical trainer and doing some work on the machines to try to tone some muscles...not much but it's a start. Really I'd love to do an hour a day on the elliptical trainer and really do weightlifting too, but...I think that will have to wait until I'm better bladder-wise....

Kristin, keeping my fingers crossed for you that those awful migraines go away soon.

Blessings,
Lori
