Hi I was just wondering how many of you ladies and gents get an ugly burning feeling around your bladder like needles feeling going to your urethra.
Is this something to be worried about or is it just a symptom. My seems to be better than some days and worse on others? please ladies let me know I am so worried.

What you describe is a very common symptom of many ICers here on this board. I have it also. Sometimes it better, sometimes worse. Diet seems to effect it so try to eat bland things.
I found that Elavil is great for nerve pain, I also use Pyridium which turns your pee orange but stops the pain, Marshmallow capsules three at a time coat the UT and are also soothing.
Put urethral pain into the google search above on the messenger board and pull up a ton of posts on your symptoms.
