what type of pasta's do you believe are ic safe. are egg pastas with durum wheat semolina o.k.? Just wondering thanks

i have no problem with rice pasta. i get it at whole foods or trader joe's. also i like spelt pasta too.

I don't have a problem with any kind of pasta as long as I am cautious about what I put on it.

Same for me as for Donna.
I put olive oil & garlic on pasta, or butter, or a very tiny amount of homemade pesto sauce.

I also can eat any kind or brand of pasta, Its the toppings I have to watch out for.

I'm the same on being able to eat any kind of pasta. It's the sauce that can get tricky sometimes. Eating pasta out at restaurants, I've found that alfredo sauce is usually my safest bet, but I know that's not true for everyone.
