swelling?

Does anyone ever get a "puffy" or "swelled" feeling in their lower abdomen? I seem to get this all the time and I usually have increased pain with this happens? Does anyone else feel this? And is it related just to the pain?

Swelling is not unusual in an IC patient. We call it the "IC belly" --- I think it's from the inflammation.
