Yes, but be sure to get a preservative free one without vitamins added. Trader Joe's Shredded Wheat or Barbara's Shredded Wheat are brands that work for me

There is a Kashi cereal called Autumn Wheat, which is basically shredded wheat slightly sweetened. All it has in it is organic whole wheat and organic evaporated cane juice. It tastes great and my regular grocery store carries it.

The frosted mini wheats you buy in the regular grocery store are loaded with stuff that kills my bladder. If BHT is listed in the ingredients of something, I avoid it at all costs. I love this kind of cereal, so I finally found some at a natural food store. It tastes just like frosted mini wheats without all the junk in it.
