I am in north SD county. I am new to IC and the ICN and haven't attended the SD support group meeting yet. I'd love to exchange stories/email or messages with someone in my area. How long have you had IC?

Hi Terry and Marni

Im in the Claremont area of So Cal. Where the new 210 freeway extension is. My Uro also holds info meetings several times a month in Glendora. He is very active in research and helping people with IC. Perhaps we could all meet up at one of these meetings, and go to a restaurant afterwards to talk.

Hi Mavis:

It would be great to meet some others with IC. Glendora is a bit far to drive for me especially it it's during traffic time or when I am flaring up but maybe sometime it could work out. Do you ever get down to north San Diego county?

Yes, that would be great! Let's try to get it together; maybe Marni would like to meet too. She lives near Temecula.

The onset of my IC was in mid-February this year. Mine started like a freight train -- pain, urgency, frequency along with bowel symptoms too. It's wreaked a lot of havoc on my life. I've had to take a hiatus from my enjoyable career to deal with it (will probably be out for a year, hopefully). How long have you had IC?

Keep in touch and let me know about scheduling for a meet. My schedule for going to Temecula is pretty open. It's a half hour drive from where I am.

I heard from Marni too. She's game to meet and has two other local IC gals that want to meet too! I am open Wednesday this week at lunchtime. Next week looks much better for me. What works for you?
