I'm not looking for exercises to do FOR pelvic floor dysfun. Those of you suffering from PFD, what kinds of exercises can you do that won't worsen your symptoms? I need to get my body moving, but found most things exacerbate the IC and PFD. Thanks for the input.

I've had to give up power walking, biking, swimming, tennis,horseback riding, weight lifting. The only exercise my PT will approve is Yoga. I was truly surprised how much I enjoy it! The stretches feel so good and I get a lot of mental help from it as well. And, if it's all you've got to work with, you make it work!

I bought a book about yoga and IC and other uretal issues.
