Hey there to all the Aussies on the board & lovley to see some more of us here.:) Things still not to bad here having a few bad days but in general my flares don't seem to have the intenstity or last as long as they were. That being said there are still days I can not get out of bed & wonder how will I ever be able to ever get back to work again???:confused: But on the other hand have had a few days at the start of this week that were fantastic almost no pain :woohoo: So I made the most of it & got out of the house & done heaps of stuff with Cohen it was wonderful. It's silly how when I have a few good days like that I get these silly ideas that maybey it's gone & it was all a bad dream.... HA HA then I go back down the IC hole again & relaise no such luck, think I would have learnt that as I am now into my 18th year of IC:cussing: Anyway I just enjoy those days as much as I can. We have had some nice weather here & nothing makes you feel better than a bit of sunshine, although we are back to cold & rain again today & we carn't say no to any rain that's for sure.

Funny how we suffer with IC for years and years but just a few days of relief and it hits hard when it returns... you'd think we'd be used to it by now.
It has rained every night here in Melb for a number of days now. Great to see but nowhere near enough. How is the water situation in Mildura? I heard that Ballarat or Bendigo (I always get those two mixed up) is down to 7%! -a bit too scary going into summer!
