Hi there...
I live in LA. My doctor is absolutely wonderful. His name is James Carter. The thing is, he is down in Mission Viejo or San Clemente, that area. Long drive, but he is seriously the best doctor I have seen, and I saw a new doctor almost every week before I found him and was diagnosed.

I see Dr. Shapiro in Tarzana. He's pretty good--knows a lot about IC. It's fairly easy to get an appointment with him.

Marni - I think I found his address but Marissa would have to verify. It looks like he has offices in both Mission Viejo and San Clemente.

I found him thru Aetna health insurance. What is interesting is that he is an OBGYN - not a urologist like I would have thought.....but here you go...
