Ok, so you must have read my posts - am in an awful flare:
http://www.ic-network.com/forum/showthread.php?p=261839&posted=1#post261839

I wouldn't be sooo upset if I hadn't experienced relief these last few months and had a goal in sight - to be symptom free with carefully controlled diet and meds.

it's gone..............................

I know there are people suffering more than me and should be grateful but I can't seem to do that- this time last year was doing bad - expected a year on to be better

but nope getting worse - diet started affecting me march time..... and now flares are major - not just increased frequency - but total irritation, bursting bladder feeling -and its been one good day - 2 bad for a whole month......

and well lately alll bad - had an hour of relief today...or so I thought.....in that one hour planned all the things Im gonna do and places to go - of course back to flare flare again.....urghhhh

first time on this board - feel I've failed - not got control of symptoms - helpless to this IC!!!!

My dear friend who I call my 'other mother' always says, "No use having a pity party, no one ever wants to come to them!" and then she will continue with whatever is bothering her.

I just had to invite myself to your party -- because this is a great time to say I fell CRAPPY and don't like it a bit!

I am sorry that you are not feeling better either, but we can be miserable together now! Hope that helps you feel just a wee bit better anyhow. I know the saying "misery loves company" and sometimes that is OH SO TRUE!!! Having someone else to be miserable with is good medicine sometimes --- as long as we don't move in and stay there!

Be kind to yourself today -- do something special JUST FOR YOU!!

God bless!

Totally understand, there are days you feel good thinking you are going to conquer the world, then for no reason at all the bladder decide to do its own thing. Grrrrrrrrr, then try to take one day at a time to get better again. But the good thing is sometimes we do get better.

Hugs and more hugs, Trishann

thanks guys -had an hour or so of relief so thought I'd be safe and just eat plain noodles last night and then had some water - don't know why but was up till 2 in agony
All I has was my ayurvedic meds, but obviously can't tolerate them anymore

Never had pain before but it was more than a bursting bladder feeling, it was spasms and pain and if I'd go to the loo, it'd make it ten times worse...

sticking to water and bread today -see if it helps - my bladder is obviously in a very bad state
