I have alot of trouble sleeping, I can go to bed and sleep for maybe 3 hours and then that is usually it. Then I'm up and down all night long.
Didn't know if this is ic related and wondering if anyone else had this problem.
Also the other thing is that I am getting alot of charlie horses (cramps) but in the upper stomach didn't know if anyone else gets those or if its just something else going wrong with my body now.
Would appreciate any comments, hope everyone has a flare free day.

Has your doctor done any blood testing recently? When I start getting crampy legs, it tells me I need magnesium --- and potassium deficiency can also cause leg pain/cramps. I take a prescription potassium supplement and it has helped keep my legs comfortable.

I agree with Donna to be checked by your doctor, however, if there is nothing physical to explain the problem try the stuff I posted ata;

and got the president's award for yesterday.

These things were taught to me and I just swear by this if you are not getting good sleep.

In the meantime, before you get to see your doctor, these things may help you to figure out that you JUST AREN'T sleeping -- if that is the case, you should know before you get in to see him! Hopefully saving you a doctor bill!!!

Hugs and rest well,
