Don't Know What To Do!

I am supposed to have a hydrodistention done August 28,2006, as I have them done every 3 months because of severe Hunners Ulcers. My problem is - I am traveling to California from B.C. Canada to my nieces wedding Sept. 15th. It usually takes at least 5 to 6 weeks before I start to feel the benefits from the hydro, and after I have the hydro I feel awful and I'm in severe pain. You could say I'm darned if I do and darned if I don't. I spoke to my Uro's office last week and they suggested putting it off until I return home, so that means not having it done until some time in October. I can just imagine the kind of shape I'll be in by then. On the other hand, if I have it on the 28th of Aug. I'll be in rougher shape down in Calif. and I certainly don't want to ruin my nieces wedding!!! I just can't seem to make a decision, and I have to let my Uro's office know tomorrow. Any suggestions???
