is this part of having IC or would sign of IBS?

I wasn't sure where to post this but I figure people with IBS would know if it is a sign of having IBS or just part of IC (i was diagnosed about two months ago so i am still learning everything). It seems that whenever i have a bowel movement, it hurts so much (not always, but seems to happen quiet often enough). But I was not sure if it is because it may be irraiting my bladder by pushing on it because my bladder is super sensitive. I have had some blood (very little though, and doesn't always happen but once in a while) and just a lot of cramping, and just...well, pain. Also when I have gas it just makes everything 100x worse. Any ideas on if i should get this checked out or if it is just of IC would be great, thanks.

If you're straining at all for a BM, that could definitely cause bladder pain. If the blood in your movement is bright red, it could be caused by hard stools. By all means, mention it to your doctor. It could be that just adding a stool softener to your medications would resolve the problem.
