I have had my hormones tested. They tested my estrogen levels and something else But I can't remember and everything came out Normal. I was wondering do you know of any Estrogen Creme that dosen't have any alocohol in it?

Natalie I need to know the numbers on your hormone test. To just say its "normal" means nothing. For example if the normal range of a test is 1-10 and you scored 10, it is technically normal, but you are probably having a lot of unpleasant symptoms and may be headed for an abnormal reading soon.
Also optimal is different from normal. Again if you had a thyroid test that came back 5, it may be technicallly normal but for optimal health and functioning it should be around 2.
So get me the numbers and was the test serum?
It is not wise to medicate yourself with OTC hormone creams as these creams are not pharmaceutical titrated and you have no way of knowing how much is really in a dose. Progesterone creams can have huge doses in them and P can cause more hormonal upsets than anything else I can think of.
Estrogen is a steroid and not available over the counter. some herbalists use Black or Blue Cohash but the studies I have seen on these have shown their estrogenic effect little more than placebo.
