I have been lifting weights for a while now and I can feel the back muscles in my arm now. I still have the saggy arm problem. You know when you lift your arm out? What kind of weight lifting would be best to make this go away?

At my age, most people have a sagging arm problem :); but you might try just some motion exercises to help.

I know there is an exercise for the flabby arm problem. Just can't remember what it was. Everytime I see that commercial for the 50 year old grandmother who uses a boflex I want to run out and buy one. If only I looked like her  and I'm not her age. Getting close tho. Wish I could find a way to work my stomach muscles.

Are you doing triceps exercises? That is good.

I push the weights to the back and up to the ceiling. That's the only back arm exercise I know of.

There's more than one tricep exercise, though that's a great one. Do u want me to find them for you?

My trainer gave me a resistance band to hang on a door & do triceps exercises with that - I like it!
