View Full Version : what is with coffee and bladders?

I've tried about every low-acid coffee on the market now, and my bladder hates all of them. It even protests the completely innocent Postum sometimes. Yet I can guzzle all the caffienated Starbucks espresso I want without a problem. Go figure. (Well, I've heard espresso is low-acid, and it does have less caffeiene, so it makes a little sense). Anyone else have this issue? I'm not exactly complaining, but my latte-a-day habit is going to drive me into debt....:bonk:

hmmmm. Sounds like I need to try some of that expresso!! Sorry you can't find anything else that works for you though.
Just curious--Did you have a cystoscopy with hydro where they definitely found sign of IC?

:woohoo: I'm a coffeehaulic too!! I shop Kroger, there's a "Starbucks" in the store and the smell sells me everytime!!
Has anyone tried the Folgers "Simply Smooth" coffee? I was really impressed. It is good!! (less acid)
I love my ice coffee too!! "Lifes Guilty Pleasures!" :smile tee

I found it up here in the Austin Area, it is good, can't tell the difference.

The dark roasted coffee's have the least acid. That is the reason the expresso is not bothering you.
