which supplements cause I.C. problems?

I know Vit C does, but only heard today that B-12 could.

Is there a list?

I have not seen a "published" list around. I know by trial and error many of us realize that certain supplements and OTC medications will bother our bladders. For example I cannot take ibuprofen tablets of any kind but I can take the new gel caps that are out. I take the B-12 sublingual drops and they do not bother my bladder. I think it is a very individual thing for most of us. If anyone has a list I'm sure they would be happy to share it.

I took vitamin B12 and I get a major headache and it doesn't go away,
but it did not bother my bladder.

I wish there was a list of vitamins that IC can take. That would be wonderful.
