Just a note to say that Carefree minipads has just undergone a "new and improved campaign" and the minipads that used to be "breathable" are no longer breathing. I used to be able to use these but the new ones caused a vulvar flare.
Stayfree seems to be one of the worst for vulvar flares according to my Doc.
The vulvar specialist I see suggested the Kotex brand mini pads seem to be good as are any 100 percent cotton product. I tried a box of the Glad Rag cotton pads but they bunch up and get lumpy.
What do some of you use that seems to work?

Use for what? Periods or urine leakage.

Just be sure that what you buy doesn't contain deodorants.

Dont matter what you use them for, urine or vaginal moisture. I am wondering about the effect on the vulvar skin and that would show up with contact from the first few minutes you use a product. You would get red and irritated with the dry pad and probably worse as it got moist.
I would imagine some of the urine pads are even more irritating due to deoderants in them?

I use Poise pads because they are made for urine leakage. They do not have deodorants in them. It has been awhile since I used Kotex or Carefree pads because I had a hysterectomy.
