PAINLESS bladder SPASMS!!!

:loco: i didn't know where to post this . . .

since 7:00 last nite, FOR NO REASON AT ALL (NO SEX, nothing i eat/drink ever bothers me, NOTHING!!!!), i have been feeling like there is a small baby inside of me doing cartwheels and jumping jacks.

i did, however, have a couple of pains on both sides of my bladder/pelvic area before these painless spasms started.

i can't figure out the reason for this since i didn't do ANYTHING!!!! And i have never had the spasms without pain.

they are only annoying and are rather mild, but it is continual movement and i know i don't have a UTI (no symptoms or pain).

i do NOT have IBS or anything else. I am on Vesicare daily for control.

I've never had bladder spasms without some pain so I can't guess what might have caused this to happen for you. Since it happened at 7:00 pm, was it after you had your evening meal? I know you don't feel food or drinks are a problem for you, but you still might want to note what you have ingested before you have this feeling --- you may have some food/drink triggers you don't know about.

I hope you're able to identify a cause so you can avoid it in the future.
