Oxy and Valium - causing anyone symptoms?

I'm not on a lot of meds right now - Benadryl nightly, Valium for PFD 2 x per day, Urelle 2 x per day, Sanctura (as needed), Oxycodone (sporadically as needed) and Elmiron 3 x per day. I'm wondering if anyone has had any urine retention issues from either the Valium or Oxy. I "feel" like I'm have some retention, like I have to go, but only a little comes out. Either that, or it's the PFD that's causing that feeling. Also, it's warm here and I might not be drinking enough water. Thanks for your input in advance.

It could easily be not getting enough to drink --- you might try upping your liquid intake to see if it helps.

Definitely try drinking more water -- and don't strain when you go to the bathroom if possible. Sometimes that can cause muscle spasms in the pelvic floor to become worse. :grouphug:

I get really bad retention from oxy. It is a big problem with my pain meds. I drink water steadily all day long to help counteract this effect. I havent taken valium so I am not sure on that one. Hope this helps!
