connection between ic and partial hysterectomy

i have just been diagnosed with ic. 3 years ago i had a partial hysterectomy then I started having bladder infections and eye infections and uncontrollable blood pressure and tacycardia. now i have gone to an urologist and have been diagnosed with ic. my blood pressure is dropping and i am wondering if there may be a connection.

Redi,

I realize you've had a partial hyst, however have you had your hormone levels checked recently? Even if the ovaries are retained theres still a chance that they can slow down or totally stop functioning which could possibly lead to more frequency UTI's and heart rate issues.
