Comcast digital phone?

Has anyone tried Comcast digital phone service? I was thinking about switching to it, but was wanting to inquire others about it first. Thanks!

Hey Karma,

While I dont specifically have ComCast phone service, I do indeed have digital phone service through out cable provider. I've had it for about 4 years now with no problems.

Eh, probably not the post you want to read, but thinking I should just weigh in.

Comcast digital was a nightmare for us! It took a month of getting it to work and finally another month to restore the mess they made. For me, it was horrible, I ended up losing service way too much and they refunded everything.

Could have been a fluke, as they are certainly large enough to deal with this, but I do think the digital age of phones is in the infant stage in compatibility with other carriers and satellite issues...which makes it sketchy depending on your needs.

Hope you have good luck, I know the price is good, but just ask lots of questions, as VOIP is not compatible with everything. Like Directv!:dizzy:
