hi everyone, it has been almost one year since i have been on the boards but..for a very good and scarry reason..i have had one bad year..it took the whole time to find out what was really wrong with me but they did almost too late...i started getting nauseated at times ,then the throwing up started ..in the last 3 months i lost 60 lbs which left me at 80lbs..i ate no real food for over 6 months ,..was on a feeding tube and scarred for my life for quite some time..the reason..all the different meds i was on had actually eaten my abd. lining away...it was so horriable..i should have known better but i had trust in my dr. that kept giving me ton of pills every month..just to let you know if you think it is too much meds you may be right..i now am only on 3 pills instead of the 20 i was on..hard to believe right!! bit it is the truth..just be ware of what can happen..glad to b back..[deedeecmt** dcoplin..

Wow you have really been through a lot. Glad that you came back though. :) Happy posting!
Hugs and love,
Jess
Glad that you are back with us again, but what a terrifying experience to go through. Glad you are doing better, welcome back hug, Iris.
I too have learned how dangerous it is to take medications. I am not suffering from Chronic Pancreatitis, partly caused from the antibiotics I take for the monthly UTI's I get.....
sometimes you're danged if you do and danged if you don't~

i'm glad you are doing better! i get on a website and check my medicine interactions when i get prescribed new ones. its very helpful, and you may want to check it out when you see a new doctor or get put on more meds. http://www.drugdigest.org/DD/Interaction/ChooseDrugs

You are a true testament to human will and the strenght of survival!
God bless you in all you do!
I hope the future holds promising new light that leads you on a path where you have not forgotten where you have been but know of every tedious footstep it took to get there, we as mortal flesh, blood and bone have to survive so much and you are inspiring to me!
Hold on to the promise of the future and know it is a bright a full one!
Much love and concern,
JessicainArkansas
