How much Citrate SHould I take?

Hi everyone,
I bought some Calcium Citrate (Citracal) tablets to try out to see if it helps with my clitoral pain and Vestibulitis - What i am wondering is how much do you take for it to have an effect?:hmm:

It's best to follow the instructions on the insert until you have a chance to talk with your doctor. Sometimes it's safe to take more than the recommended dosage, but not a good idea without professional medical advice.

I take one dose (as listed on the bottle) when I eat high oxalate foods like spinach or blueberries--that helps.
