fat free milk?

I don't have a problem with milk if it's 1% or 2%, but for some reason, the totally fat free gives me an upset stomach. It must have some kind of additives?

I've been OK with skim, 1% and 2%. I drink 1% daily. I've also been OK with 1% chocolate milk, but I know that isn't the case for all ICers, so I advise caution.

As far as ice-cream, when I was on the elimination diet, I just bought plain vanilla. I had store brand and stuff and it was fine. I don't know what experiences others have had.

Fat free milk is fine for me & so is vanilla ice cream.
I like Dreyers Slow Churned Vanilla the best, it's low fat:)
