I am here at work, by myself. Normal state of operation, lol. I have a radio on the desk behind me, and all of a sudden I hear it sound like it's coming from somewhere else as well.... The garage radio just came on by itself. Um, I started to walk out there, then thought well, that's a dumb thing to do!! LOL I thought maybe the crew was back or one of them or something - but nope. I can't even reach it to turn it off...Glad I am outta here in 2 min to go to a doctor's appt!!!

I will have to go have a peek at it and see if it's a clock radio - crazy, but the garage area is their domain, very rarely do I visit it, lol. Hubby asked if one of them rigged it to a timer as well - but again, I decided against going in there and checking. I just kept remembering what happens in scary movies, lol. No investigating!! Always gets you in trouble, lol!!! The murderous psychopath or evil entity is always waiting for you.... ;)
Ok Karma - good question. Now it's going to drive me crazy to try to remember what was playing. Ugh. Apparently song name got chased away by thoughts of "what the...." LOL!!!!
Oh Tig, apparently your ghost likes the baby things!! It must enjoy the musical projector thing, that's kinda cute...LMAO!!
I am there 90% by myself, which I love, lol. And every now and then I'll hear things from the garage area, like thumps or something falling etc. Not really loud - but you can hear them plain as day. I usually just chalk it up to a natural occurance, etc... But I have always thought something was weird - or that weirdness could be my overactive imagination and there are logical explanations for everything............right???

LOL, thank you girls for chiming in to let me know it wasn't you guys!! ;) I did venture back there and it IS a clock radio - so hopefully someone had been messing around with it and accidentally set it!! Yippy!! And as a girlfriend pointed out to me yesterday, I would been fine if I had checked it - I wasn't barefoot and in my nightgown!! Duh, silly me!! LMAO!!!! :)

Um let's see Sharon.... I will have to come up with something good - an all expense paid trip to the bathroom?? LOL!!
Oh yeah Rhonda, you bet I checked it out as soon as I could!! I had to laugh too, cause after I saw it was a clock radio - I noticed it wasn't plugged in!! ARGH!!!! LOL, but I left it on when I scooted out of there so one of the guys must have unplugged it to turn it off... I hope... lmao!!!
I was telling my inlaws about it last night, and hubby chimes in with, well, do you have someone who's not there walk up behind you all the time? (apparently the quarry where he works one of the chutes or something is reportedly haunted - it's even named like The Ghost of Chute 5 or some such thing, lol) I said, no but my radio thing was much scarier!! LMAO. Hmmm, I couldn't let him win - but yeah, someone who's NOT there coming up behind me is scarier than my clock radio!! LMAO!!!

The TV in my bedroom turns itself off & on all the time. The lamp in my living room does the same thing. And the stereo in my truck will turn it's own volume up sometimes (I guess it all depends on if it likes the song or not)! LOL!

You might laugh, BUT I am into stuff like ghosts, psychics (like Sylvia Browne, John Edwards...) anywaaaaay Sylvia is on Montel Williams every Wednesday and she always says to people who ask if their family is around them that their deceased family members will let them know they are around them by making a phone ring (with no one there), the t.v. turn on, a radio, etc.
LOL you guys think I'm nuts now huh! Anyway, maybe if you look at it that way it's not as creepy as some wayward ghost. I think of that when my phone rings and no one's there, and I'm home alone in the middle of the woods...

Yeah, I laugh about it because otherwise I would be freaked out! I don't have any deceased family members (anyone that I have ever known anyway), so I don't know who I've got hanging around here. I have caught a few orbs in pictures around here too. And Jess, I don't think you're nuts!

Karma,
My sister sent me a picture of my daughter's christening, and it's of me and my family. Well right on my head is this perfect circular blue orb! It gives me goosebumps. It's right on my head!! Plus the church was kinda dim and there was nothing that would create that kind of reflection. I have it saved on my computer and look at it from time to time. Blue is supposed to be an angel.
Hugs,
Jess

LOL, by no means do I think you're nuts!! I am into all that stuff as well, lol!! Whenever I hear the song "I Hope You Dance" by Lee Ann Womack on the radio, I just know it's my dad, as it's something he would say to me! When I worked at an insurance office, I was always the first one there in the mornings. I turned up the heat etc. My desk was up in an area boxed in by windows, (I called it my fishbowl, lol) and had an extra space heater up there. I came in a couple times and the thermostat would be cranked as HIGH as it could go. It would be about 90 degrees in there, lol. And we all knew it was turned down the night before. So, I'd turn it down and thank whoever turned it up to keep me warm!!! :)
I think for me, with the clock radio, LOL, I was more afraid there was a REAL person out there... trying to lure me to the garage... Quite an imagination eh??? LMAO!
Hey Charmed - you have my vote for guardian angels!!!
Karma, when my first husband and I rented this house from some friends of ours, strange things were always happening. My stuff would disappear, I'd accuse hubby of moving it etc, I go back and it would be back, etc. Strange noises even the Kitties heard. Well, one night we went to bed I turned off the TV in the bedroom. I woke up to it on. I turned it off, I woke up again to it turned on! I told hubby about it and he really didn't say anything. I talked to the owners of it, and said "oh yes, I am convinced it's haunted" Oh great, thanks for telling me!! LMAO!!! Then and only then did hubby fess up that he'd heard the TV come on by itself a couple other times as well!! And here, he'd made me feel like I was crazy the whole time!!!!!

In our old house doors would open, things would rattle in my room in the middle of the night...and there was this particular spot in our basement that you just felt you should stay out of. We lived atop of the restaurant my parents owned. And sometimes late at night, really old music would play (like swing music).
The one thing that kept me awake for many nights was I had been tossing and turning thanks to bladder pain. I got up to go to the bathroom, and there standing in the corner of our living room looked to be someone dressed in white. Then she was gone. OMG I was so spooked--but at least I didn't have to go to the bathroom anymore LOL just kidding, but yeah it was scary.
My mom had some weird things happen to her, and my father, the biggest skeptic to ever walk the Earth, had things happen to him that he just cannot explain and even admits that the place had to have "something" going on.
Does anyone ever watch Ghost Hunters on Sci Fi? I love that show, they've caught some great footage.

Ok I haven't really mentioned to many people about the hands and stuff. So I am glad to be able to share.I figure everyone will thinks I'm nuts!:loco:
Since my sister died we have had weird stuff happen-- but it is comforting at the same time. I woke up one night and she had been standing next to the bed I had her 2 younger kids in bed with me at the time. I also saw a lady in white next to the bed I was sleeping in at my brothers house. Sometimes I catch something out of the corner of my eye-someone (a man) standing in the kitchen or my sister sitting at the computer.
