How do I take cystoprotek?

I just received my Cystoprotek today but there were no directions how to take it. Is it 2 capsules three times a day frozen? I am also on Elmiron. I called and they are sending me the instructions on how to take it, but am anxious to get started today. Thanks.

Holly:
Day 1 & 2 take one pill with lunch or dinner

Day 3 thru 7 take 1 pill twice daily with a meal.

Week 2 thru 16 (taking Elmiron) take 2 pills twice daily with meals.
