Interesting tea

I found a tea at Sprouts called Throat Coat by Traditional Medicinals, no caffein. It contains Licorice, slippery elm, marshmallow, and is supposted to coat the throat. I find it is tasty and seems bladder friendly.

Yes, I know all about that tea...it's great..I used it almost every weekend for 13 years when I sang lead in a rock and roll band....

Tried it, flared me, says it has sweet orange peel, anything that I've had w/the word peel or zest flares me. However, my hubby is a guitarist and backup singer in a local band and it helps him! :D

It is a really good tea - and licorice and marshmallow are supposed to actually be good for ic, so not only is it bladder-neutral, it may actually be helping.
