Hi! Just wondering if anyone else is from Southwestern Pennsylvania - the "tri-state area". I am originally from Houston, Pa which is 20 miles south of Pittsburgh.
I am moving back within the month and desperatly searching for an IC doctor. The stress of moving has already spun me into a terrible flare and I feel useless now that I can no longer help pack, clean, etc. I'm afraid I will need a doctor as soon as I get there, or shortly thereafter.
I also aquired a sinus infection from stirring up all of the dust. Who knew an allergy attack could get that bad??
I have been putting off a bladder lift (?) until I got my IC under control and this was the summer I was going to do it. Now, I don't have a doctor and I don't know where to turn. I don't want just anyone to do it.
Anyone with any information would be greatly appreciated. I called my insurance company - Aetna - and they said they didn't have a Urogynecologist within 30 miles of Pittsburgh. THe one that my present doctor recommended has since moved to Cleavland! I'm really getting nervous about this move. I will be near my family, but I am leaving the greatest IC doc that ever lived!!
