Does anyone know if Lobster and Crabs are ok to eat if you have IC?

i know that when i but shrimo, i make sure that the only ingredients are shrimp and water. alot of the frozen shrimp at the local groc. stores have alot of other ingred. in it. i buy mine from whole foods.
