Debbie,
I am so sorry things are not going too good for you. I will certainly keep you and your family in my prayers. Hang in there, and like others have said, it is o.k. to cry, it cleanses the soul. We are all here for you and worry about you, so if you can, let us know how things are doing. I hope you are feeling better soon and that each day you get stronger!!:) I will be praying for good news to come quik!!

Oh Debbie, I am so sorry. You have had a really difficult medical life. You don't need this. I will keep you and your husband in my prayers. I hope he finds another job very soon! I hope you at least feel better. You are very well thought of, and I know everyone on this board will pray for you.

Hi Debbie ,
I know how you feel . Awhile ago my husband's company merged with another co. Threats of being fired , so they could bring their employees to take your job . Well , my husband and I have been living with this fear since 2003 . We have learn to just hang in there . WE know he will have a severence package , will be able to collect unempolyment for awhile , and we can buy our health insurance threw the cobra plan for 1 yr. , I think . Remember to get all the information you are entitled to . Such as , what your husband is entitled to , a severence pay , unemployment and how long? , can you get your insurance under the cobra plan , and how long can you purchase this plan for ? Remember if you are not working , you could apply for disability and social security , and state funded health insurance and welfare , remember to apply for what you need . If you don't need cash assistance at first just apply for helath coverage and food stamps , and there is a wic program that helps you and your children with necesities such as milk cheese etc. You can also ask for a one time help , with cash assistance for getting a car . I lost everything once and came back from Florida , and they gave me like $ 300.00 for a car and $125.00 cash assistance for clothing for my part time job I found . When you have all your information for when you are in a crisis , it takes away alot of fear stress and the unknown . Also remember you can contact the company that makes your medication ,and they can giveyouthe medicine for free . There are also groups that will help families that in your situation . Such as going to food banks at churches . Groups that will help you get your medications at reduce prices or free . We all have crisis , remember to always ask for help , these organizations are formed to help others . I know it is hard , but swallow your pride , and when all things are well and you can make it on your own , you can then give back to your community . Good Luck and God be with you and give you strength . hugs , Lori

   Debbie and Larry,

I am sending all of the prayers I can your way! Why does this happen to us? You are such a wonderful person and you and Larry do NOT deserve the cards like has dealt to you. We are all here for you two when you want to vent, cry, scream, or just talk.

Thanks for being so supportive of me even though you are going through your own aweful experiences!

Love, Prayers, and Hugs, :grouphug:
