Magnesium Stearate flare anyone?

I think this is flaring me. Its in a few of the suppliments i take and when i stopped taking them one at a time....things calmed down....then i reintroduced one at a time and flared.

Its in prelief and i cant take that...........AND now just my like i read the ingredients in ELmiron and its in that.

Ive been in more pain since taking elmiron......my urethra feels swollen and im peeing twice as much.

any thoughts.

Im sooo tired that I get ntohing done all day. Magnesium deficiency was mentioned so I tried a supplement. Oh my god.. my IC was under control..so I KNOW w/o a doubt that magnesium did in FACT cause a severe flare for days! Please don't take it. Agony.

This may be of no help but I can tolerate both Prelief and the Elmiron without any problems.
