Hi from WV, I haven't seen much on the site from anyone here with IC. I have a wonderful doctor for support, but would like to have a friendly ear to listen close by. Any bendable ears?

I was beginning to think I was alone in WV, thank goodness for some replys. I live in Elkins, so I am close to some of you. Thanks for being out there.

Hi from Elkins, I know where your house was, I just forget who lived there. My doctor is Dr Zaslou in Morgantown, he is wonderful. I am a 30 year old daycare provider with 2 children ages 6 &10. IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE ALL COULD START A SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS!! I AM GOING TO TRY TO GET HOLD OF THE UROLOGY DEPT AT THE RUBY IN MORGANTOWN. TO SEE IF THEY CAN HELP US TO GET SUPPORT GROUP STARTED THERE. I WILL NOT BE BACK HOME TILL MIDDLE OF APRIL. DEBORAH

A support group would be nice, none of us are to far away from each other. i'm in Elkind and go to clarksburg often. I have to see Dr. Z at WVU on 04/04/03. I 'll ask about some help to get a group started. Email is stasny@sunlitsurf.com feel free to contact me anytime.

Dr. Zaslau at WVU has mentioned to me before that he would like to start an IC support group. I just emailed him to see if he is still going to do that and ask what we could do to get one started.

Great news. I just got an email from Dr. Zaslau at WVU about starting an IC support group in WV. He said he would be the advisor and would be glad to help get one started. :D I will be keep in touch with him and will let you all know more as soon as I know anything else. :)
